The location of the hotel was very convenient, with easy access to public transportation and a variety of shops and restaurants nearby. Although I had initially booked an apartment at the hotel, there was an issue and I was offered a room at the Cromwell hotel instead. the staff at reception were friendly and accommodating, making the transition smooth and stress-free. The room itself was comfortable and clean, with all the necessary amenities such as ironing facilities and free toiletries provided. the heating kept the room warm and cozy, and the flat-screen TV provided entertainment during downtime. Overall, while the hotel may not have been exactly what I had originally booked, the staff's professionalism and the comfortable accommodations at the Cromwell Hotel made for a pleasant stay. the value for the price paid was fair, and I would consider staying here again in the future.
